Fried Rice with sausages
Servings: 3-4
Ingredients
- 5 cups of cooked rice
- chopped or sliced sausages (Pork, Beef or Chicken as alternatives)
- 1 sliced onion
- 3 chopped green onions
- 1/2 chopped red pepper (alternatives: green/yellow/orange peppers as alternatives)
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 3 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
Direction
- In large nonstick pan, heat olive oil over medium-high temperature. Add chopped or sliced sausages and stir them until brown.
- Add chopped red pepper and sliced onion then stir them until they are cooked (few mins for stirring).
- Add cooked rice, ground pepper, salt, sugar, soy sauce then stir them altogether for 3-4 mins.
- Reduce the hot template temperature to low-medium setting then add chopped green onions. Stir them altogether with the rest of ingredients for a few mins. Ready to serve.
